By making a purchase through the website you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Due to the nature of the services and products offered through the website (digital products and virtual services) all sales are final and non-refundable. Customer agrees that once a product (League of Legends accounts) or a Virtual Service (Boosting and Coaching services) and its booster has been assigned and the service has begun, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
The Buyer may request a refund in the following cases:
If the service has not started.
If the Booster has not been assigned.
If the service has not been completed and is incomplete.
To request a refund, please submit your request through our contact information. By requesting a refund, the Buyer understands that some administration charges may apply to their refund.
Prestige-Boosting reserves the right to analyze and study refund requests on a case-by-case basis and to issue partial or complete refunds. These refunds will be at Prestige-Boosting ’ sole discretion.

Once your refund request has been accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be completed through the original payment method. Please note that when requesting a refund, payment processors may charge additional transaction fees.
